So we specially make the system BIOS R106b as attached for you. It can solve Intel wifi light problem.
But this BIOS is not perfectly, it has a bug that wireless card and Bluetooth can not work at one time.
So should to modify registry "BTEnableFlags" value as below steps, both can work well at one time after modify the value. 

De BIOS versie 106b lost het probleem met het WLAN lampje dat niet brand op in combinatie met een INTEL kaart. 
Zonder aanpassing in het Register is niet mogelijk om Bluetooth en WLAN tegelijk te gebruiken.
Volg onderstaande stappen om dit mogelijk te maken.


1.) Install INTEL WLAN driver.

2.) At left-down corner, press "START"\Run\Regedit

3.) Search "BTEnableFlags" in registry.

4.) Modify "BTEnableFlags"=3 to "BTEnableFlags"=0 

5.) Repeat process, search & replace this value.

6.) The WCS function will be disable in INTEL WLAN driver.

7.) Reboot system
