BELANGRIJK:
Het is belangrijk om eerst het systeem EC (firmware) te updaten.

IMPORTANT
It is necessary to update system's EC firmware to 1.02.xx first.

How to flash EC firmware:
1. Plug in AC adaptor.
2. Run ECFlash.bat under pure DOS to start EC flash procedure, the system will shut down automatically when the procedure is finished.
3. Plug off AC adapter for 5 seconds then plug in AC adapter.
4. Power on system and enter CMOS setup to check EC firmware version.


How to flash BIOS ROM:
1. Plug in AC adaptor.
2. Enter CMOS setup to disable "Intel Anti-Theft Technology" if the item is available.
3. Enter CMOS setup to check the EC firmware version, if the version is 1.00.xx then it is necessary to update EC firmware at first.
4. Run Meset.exe under pure DOS environment, system will restart automatically.
5. Run flashme.bat under pure DOS, system will shut down automatically.
6. Plug off AC adapter for 5 seconds then plug in AC adapter.
7. Power on system, the system will restart automatically.
8. Enter CMOS setup to check BIOS version and load system default, save changes and reboot.
9. If the original BIOS settings are different from system default, please enter CMOS setup to change BIOS settings before system loads Windows.


DESCRIPTION EC:
1. EC firmware 1.02.04
2. support both Windows 7 and Windows 8.
3. It is necessary to refer to the instruction of readme_EC.txt to update firmware.

2. Support Huawei EM820W 3G module.

DESCRIPTION BIOS:
1. System BIOS 1.02.07.
2. Support Windows 7 and Windows 8.
3. Because 1.02.xx version BIOS can't work with 1.00.xx version EC, so it is necessary to make sure the EC firmware of machine is 1.02.xx, if the EC firmware of machine is 1.00.xx then the system will not boot up after update 1.02.xx system BIOS.
4. It is necessary to follow the instruction of readme.txt to update system BIOS.
